Initial Consultation
$770 incl. GST
(Melbourne and surrounding suburbs)
My Initial Consultation is designed to start the discussion, establish a path forward that suits your needs and start answering your questions around building. This session includes up to 4 hours of work, encompassing both meeting time and preparation.
What’s Included

Pre-Meeting Preparation:
I will send you a form to complete before our meeting. This helps gauge your requirements and allows me to tailor my preparation to your specific needs.

In-Depth Meeting:
We’ll discuss your project in detail, covering the scope, objectives, and any challenges you might face. I’ll offer general advice, pointers on where to start, and insights into the building process.

Post-Meeting Notes:
After our meeting, I will provide you with detailed notes consolidating the advice and information discussed, sent directly to your email.
Payment Terms: Full payment of $550 is required 24 hours prior to our scheduled meeting.
This consultation is a crucial first step in ensuring your project is set up for success. It’s an opportunity to clarify your vision, understand the process, and receive tailored guidance on how to proceed.

Planning Approval to Documentation, Permits, and Builder Assignment
From $1,320 incl. GST
This package covers the initial phase from conceptualising your project to obtaining planning approval.

Construction phase to occupancy
From $330 per week incl. GST
During the construction phase, this package provides ongoing support until you receive occupancy.
The fee is based on the duration of the build and includes

Regular site visits and updates

Addressing issues and coordinating with the builder

Ensuring adherence to plans and timelines
Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required 2 days prior to commencing each phase of work.

The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to completion of each phase.
